I Understand
I can see that, just like me, your childhood was tainted by dysfunction and lack of nurture So how could you have possibly given me what you lacked when truly, it was your wish to do so. I couldn't understand what I do now: that one can only give what they've got and perhaps do the best they can with it; knowing not the beginning from the end. It's not too late to start anew. Until our last breath we can try to make a new start, you and I. We do have an ace in our favor, Jesus Christ who is our Healer, makes new what has been broken and ceates beauty out of ashes. Take my hand, lets make a pact to seek the Lord before we act. He'll teach us through His love how to be a part of one another. by: Francine Stuart (Minister) |
