Heaven has windows to your soul
where loved ones can see
and be near us if needed
to help us to a degree

They watch from the windows
and see our joys and sorrows
they know our troubles and trials
and even our tomorrows

when you look up to heaven
they are looking down at you
and smiling when you smile
and are blue when you are blue

They say to us left behind
"don't worry we are not far away
cause one day soon we'll all unite
and as a big family we will stay"

"We have left the world below
and live in a much better place
but if you live for the Lord
he will help you run the race"

and when you look into the sky
for a loved one who has gone
they are praying that you too
will make it to the heavenly home
