Here And There

Even though I am down here,and He is up there.
I am sure that He can hear my every utterance and prayer.
In spite of my daily downfalls,and the way I may complain.
He hears my sincerity, as I call upon His name.
He is ever listening as only He can do.
Preparing the steps to pull me through.
His Love endures All.
His forgiveness is there when I fall.
He supplies strength to my faltering spirit,
and cheer to my lonely heart.
His love and kindness He freely imparts.
Even though I am down here and He is up there.
He can sense all my worry and woe.
For there is nothing that He doesn't already know.
What a great comfort-to know that He really cares.
And when I seek Him-He is always there.
